Details of Iranian President’s Upcoming Visit to Oman
WANA (May 21) – The Deputy for Political Affairs at the Iranian President’s Office has revealed details of the Iranian President’s upcoming visit to Oman.
In a post on the social media platform X, Mehdi Sanai announced:
“Dr. Pezeshkian will pay an official visit to Muscat on May 27–28 at the invitation of the Sultan of Oman.
In addition to formal meetings, the visit will include the signing of multiple agreements, including four key documents on a preferential trade agreement, mutual investment protection, customs cooperation, and a roadmap for bilateral relations.
Two major gatherings—a business forum and a meeting with Iranian expatriates—are also planned. The mutual trust between the two countries is exemplary.”
The visit underscores the growing diplomatic and economic ties between Tehran and Muscat.
